We enjoyed a brief but spectacular celebration of the Ocean View Lodge No. 143 charter issued on April 18, 1868.
The lodge honoured 150 years of service to Half Moon Bay with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque and banner at the Lodge front entrance located at 526 Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay.
A private reception followed with a sparkling toast and greetings from local luminaries including Mayor and Sister Debbie Penrose, Dave Cresson from the HMB Historical Association and Past Grand Tony Pera.
