Based in the Bay Area, Laura leads sound bath meditations throughout San Mateo, San Francisco, and San Jose counties, incorporating crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and emotional release. Laura offers personalized Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) sound bed sessions, which utilize sound and vibration to alleviate pain, anxiety, and physical tension. She recently presented the benefits of VAT to the Veterans Advisory Committee.
