Making Art of Life - Susan Friedman
Produced in 2021, Making Art of Life showcases the creative accomplishments of beloved Coastsider, Susan Friedman— filled with broad interests and prolific works in many artistic media, including Photography, Documentary Filmmaking and recently, Acrylic Painting.

Legacy – The Art of Na Omi Shintani
Na Omi Judy Shintani’s extensive creative abilities encompass a broad range of artistic disciplines with one common focus: people’s inhumanity toward each other. From the Japanese internment camps in the early 1940s to the continuous hostilities toward refugees from around the world, Na Omi shines a light on these local as well as global atrocities. The premiere of this film marks the unofficial start of May’s Asian / Pacific American Heritage Month.
